Visionairs (Visionairs), a pioneering French cultural and educational art space dedicated to bringing history back to the world, announced today that it will launch its first exhibition "Rebirth from the Fire - Notre Dame de Paris Augmented Reality Immersive Experience Exhibition" on December 8 ”, the exhibition period is until March 7, 2025. Through the combination of immersive augmented reality (AR) technology and precious cultural relics, the exhibition will lead the public through time and space to have a look at the glorious history of this landmark building that was born 850 years ago! Located in the West Kowloon Cultural District, presented by Visionairs, designed and produced by digital cultural heritage expert Histoovery, and fully supported by the French L'Oréal Group, this carefully curated exhibition is based on rigorous historical research and brings history vividly to the audience. , will definitely become a must-visit place for locals and tourists.

This exhibition coincides with the official reopening of Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris. Visionairs uses AR technology to "transport" the audience to Notre Dame Cathedral in an instant! The exhibition will be based on historical facts and restore the historical changes of Notre Dame Cathedral from the 12th century to the present over more than 800 years, as well as the restoration process after the devastating fire in 2019.

Each visitor to the exhibition will use the HistoPadTM touch tablet developed by Histoovery, which will become the key to exploring the history and restoration process of Notre Dame. Regardless of age or technology level, any visitor can easily use this easy-to-operate device to travel through 20 time and space portals from different eras and appreciate Notre Dame’s glorious past. The device supports 13 languages, including English, Cantonese and Mandarin. The exhibition takes visitors on an interactive journey, immersing them in grand historical moments such as the lavish wedding of King Henri IV, the unparalleled coronation of Napoleon Bonaparte, and the 19 The construction of the stunning Notre-Dame Cathedral spire designed by Viollet-le-Duc in the 19th century (which was tragically destroyed in a fire).The exhibition will also highlight the craftsmanship, creativity and vision of generations of architects, craftsmen and builders, as well as the professionals who have worked over the years to restore Notre Dame to its former glory.
